Our proprietary "Matching Suite" provides database matching for Entrepreneurs' business opportunities to pre-targeted Qualified Investors. In order to provide real time "Deal Flow Tracking" and "Up-To-The-Minute Status Reports", we have instituted a "Web-Based Personal Profile Management Area" for each Investor and Entrepreneur. We "Pre-Screen Opportunities" for Investors, while at the same time "Assist and Manage" the transaction process for Entrepreneurs. Apple Tree Investments conducts "Middle Market Investment Banking Seminars" (Middle Market refers to $2.5 million to $250 million annual company revenues) in select cities throughout the year. These seminars are for companies that are "Looking To Be Sold" or are in the need for "Growth Equity Capital".
